Treasures of Japan, A Gastronomic Story Woven by Land and Artisans

"Treasures of Japan" is a limited-time dining experience celebrating exceptional ingredients and the artisans behind them from across Japan.

As part of a collaborative program shared by six The Ritz-Carlton hotels, Towers presents a five-course menu by Chef Nakano featuring carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido, Kochi, and Kumamoto, including additive-free sea urchin, kombu, sweet shrimp, Tosa Akaushi beef, artisanal sea salt, and honey.
