Sakura Brunch – Tomato Fair
Experience a springtime brunch that showcases vibrant seasonal tomatoes. The meal begins with an artfully arranged assortment of eight tomato appetizers, using produce from Misuzu Tomato Farm in Chiba, known for its minimal pesticide cultivation and exceptional balance of freshness, sweetness, and acidity.
The four-course menu continues with a second dish, main course, and dessert. A highlight is the Eggs Benedict, combining brioche, a poached egg, hollandaise sauce, and the savory depth of squid—a refined harmony of flavors.
