Takuji Nakano, the chef de Cuisine at Towers, joined The The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo Carlton, Tokyo most recently from the one-star Michelin restaurant La Baie, in The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka where he was promoted to Sous Chef in 2011. Beginning his career in France, Chef Nakano has over 24 years of experience in French cuisine having worked at several award-winning restaurants.
