Takuji Nakano

Takuji Nakano, chef de cuisine at Bistronomy ‘Towers’, joined The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo from the one-star Michelin restaurant La Baie, at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka where he was promoted to sous chef in 2011. Beginning his career in France, Chef Nakano has over 24 years of experience in French cuisine having worked at several award-winning restaurants.
