At Towers, The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo presents "Treasures of Japan," a refined dining experience curated by Chef Nakano, featuring carefully selected ingredients sourced from across the country. Highlights include additive-free uni, kombu, and sweet shrimp from Hakodate, asparagus from Hokkaido, Tosa Akaushi beef, sun-dried salt and premium rice from Kochi, and artisanal honey from Kumamoto, each thoughtfully transformed into elegant expressions of Japan's terroir and craftsmanship.
